Condos & Co-ops Coverage Highlights

Additions & Alterations Coverage

If you've upgraded the details of your home, like custom cabinets and appliances in your kitchen, or a state-of-the-art entertainment center in your family room, we'll replace them for their full value up to your policy limit. You can also opt in for Extended Replacement Cost coverage, which goes beyond your policy limit to rebuild or restore your home.

Loss Assessment Coverage

If something happens to common area property such as the pool, clubhouse or lobby, even if it's covered by your association insurance, you may still need to kick in for the policy deductible, which could be huge. We include generous coverage up to $25,000 for your share of a loss assessment; and higher amounts may be purchased. Ordinary condo insurance is limited.

Risk Consulting Expertise

We'll take the time to understand what makes your home unique by noting the special details - like high-end appliances, or unique moldings. We'll make sure you have the right replacement cost should the unexpected happen.

Claims Excellence

Because you're our client, we look for ways to pay your claim. That's why our adjusters are trained to respond to you within 24 hours, and if approved, to pay your claims with 48. And if you need temporary housing while your condo undergoes repairs, we'll put you up at a premium hotel or help you find a rental in your neighbourhood.
