David J. McTaggart,
David McTaggart is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the Dallas/Houston House Counsel firm of Meaders & Alfaro. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. McTaggart worked for three years as a Senior Staff Counsel attorney for CNA. Prior to his time at CNA, he was a partner for 15 years with the Houston firm of Scott, Clawater & Houston. Mr. McTaggart currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, general negligence and workplace injuries.
