Personal Chubb Property Manager

As a valued Chubb policyholder, you may be eligible for Chubb Property Manager℠, a comprehensive service that provides assistance at no additional charge if your secondary or seasonal home suffers damage from hurricane-force winds.

You may enroll in this service at no additional charge if you have wind coverage on your secondary or seasonal home in the following states: AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VA, TX coastal counties¹, and the District of Columbia.

¹Eligible Texas coastal counties: Aransas, Brazoria, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Galveston, Harris, Jackson, Jefferson, Kenedy, Kleberg, Matagorda, Nueces, Refugio, San Patricio, and Willacy.

We offer several convenient ways to enroll in Chubb Property Manager. To begin enrollment, you will need your Chubb homeowner policy number and effective date, which can be found in the top right corner of your policy or renewal notice.

The Chubb Property Manager authorization form can be submitted in the following ways:
